Shio Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the shio platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the shio platform — including the website, mobile app, games, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The shio platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is lawful.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of shio services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. shio reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and accounts found to contain false or incomplete information may be suspended without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. shio will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the shio support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Shio platform users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to exploit the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or carrying out any form of cyberattack.
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Posting content that is offensive, racially charged, or in violation of Malaysian law through any communication channel on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any transaction that contravenes applicable law.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and shio reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the shio platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as transfers via FPX online banking. Deposits are typically credited within minutes, depending on the method chosen.
Shio reserves the right to hold or delay transactions suspected of fraud or of violating fair use policies pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts are suspended due to fraud are not entitled to a refund of deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Users must ensure that their registered bank account details are accurate. shio is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. shio reserves the right to apply processing fees on certain transactions. Current limit details are displayed in the payments section of your account. Check FAQ for further details.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
Shio provides this platform with its best efforts to ensure stable and secure service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. shio is not liable for any direct or indirect losses — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
In all circumstances, shio's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the shio platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of shio or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from shio management.
Third-Party Links
The shio platform may contain references to third-party services or content. shio is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Use of such services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Shio reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. Users whose accounts are closed for such reasons are not entitled to any form of compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the shio support team. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the withdrawal terms currently in effect.
Changes to These Terms
Shio reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the shio platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, and where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
